Reasons to join our Winning Team!!
Working at Thornhill Golf & Country Club has many merits but none more important than our team philosophy. There is no greater satisfaction than working within an environment where the staff work collectively and care for each other. Our tenure rate is one of the highest in the GTA. Club staff continue to demonstrate their desire to work together and assist each other.
The private club environment is unique in the knowledge that we deal with the same customers (members ) throughout the year. There is a great sense of community within the club both for the staff and the members. This results in the creation of our club signature "A Club that is your home away from home". This is why many staff choose to work at Thornhill Golf & C.C.
If you have a desire to work within the hospitality industry and enjoy a community spirit where people know and care for you, then Thornhill may provide the opportunity you are looking for! There is no better testimonial to support this statement than those provided by the staff that you may review in the following pages.
